When my beloved fur baby, Gracie, developed troubling behaviors excessive barking at people in the street and anxiety that even led to biting a friend’s houseworker I knew I needed expert help. That’s when I reached out to Blaise, and I’m so grateful I did.

From our very first session, Blaise’s expertise and genuine care shone through. He quickly identified that Gracie’s bad behavior might stem from physical pain and advised me to take her to the vet. His insight was spot on—Gracie was suffering from inflamed and blocked anal glands, which the vet treated. The improvement in her behavior was almost immediate once the pain was addressed.

Blaise didn’t stop there. He gave me practical, step-by-step guidance on managing Gracie’s barking and taught me ways to work with her anxiety. While the process is ongoing, the progress has been incredible. Gracie is calmer, happier, and better behaved—all thanks to Blaise’s dedication and expertise.

I contacted Blaise from NugenK9 Dog Training desperate to find help for little Coco (Dapple Daschund), you see he was very anti-social and made it nearly impossible for us to have friends over as he was barking non-stop, urinating everywhere and not sleeping sufficiently. When taking him on a walk it was more stressful as he was pulling the entire time and barking as well at any and everything that moved. During our first meeting session Blaise was very professional and observant as to every hinderance that might be adding to Coco’s behaviour.  I must admit I was the biggest contributing factor to his behaviour as I viewed him as a child and not a doggy and with every kind of affection I added to his anxiety, at first it was a hard pill to swallow as I love him so much but seeing the fruits and observing how intelligent he was during our future training session with Blaise, I realized how effective Blaise’s approach and observations was of Coco.   In my opinion Blaise has really turned Coco’s world around for the better, we will be forever grateful towards him for his patience, commitment and dedication towards helping not only Coco but us as well to be better. Blaise is always very professional, sensitive toward the needs of the animal and human, helpful, observant, gentle, encouraging and his humble demeanour is commendable.  I would anytime recommend anyone that is in need of Dog Training to make use of his services, my Coco is a living testimonial of his guidance and training methods.
